How do we work?

Step 1 - The interview
We meet the Customer face-to-face or get to know them over the phone in order to determine their expectations and the area that will be worked on. It allows the Customer to see who we are and decide if he/she wants to work with us – no strings attached, following the principle of “wanting” and not “having” to do anything.
Estimated meeting time – approx. 45 minutes.
Step 2 - The meetings in person
The consultations are held during in-person meetings. The meeting place is agreed upon with the Customer. We invite you to come over to MY4D’s office or meet in a place of your preference (after agreeing on the terms of us getting to that location).
Each meeting is 2-hours long.
The amount of the times we meet with the Customer depends on the complexity of the issues we will be facing together.
Step 3 - The support in-between the meetings
We assume, that after the meeting with the Customer, he/she starts to introduce the solutions we proposed. It is only natural, that many questions will arise during that process.
For this very reason, there are an additional 30 minutes of consultancy over the phone per each in-person meeting.
We will answer any questions that arise, check the results, and define steps to be taken further.
Step 4 - The celebration!
The Customer does his or her homework, we do ours. We work together in order to reach the goal we set.
