A sales and leadership practitioner with over 20 years of experience in introducing global consumer products to local markets and building sales teams. A high-class specialist with outstanding communication & conciliation skills, possessing the ability to overcome tough situations, and lead teams through change. Well-versed in a vast array of distribution models: B2B, B2C, Retail, IKAs. Katarzyna was involved with the American Newell Brands group of companies for the last 16 years, responsible for over 17 Southern and Eastern European markets. A corporate facilitator and international sales team coach. Katarzyna began her career in didactics as a biology teacher during the 1st run of the International Baccalaureate programme at the Nicolaus Copernicus Bilingual School in Warsaw. A graduate of University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Biology, and Faculty of Management.

Anna earned her first professional experience during two and a half years as a B2C saleswoman of a prestigious brand, achieving one of the top results in her team. Anna spent the next three years as a project manager, comprehensively carrying out various sales support projects for a wide array of companies from different industries. Supporting one of Warsaw’s finest high-end hotel HR departments, she also worked on projects that focused on introducing new employer branding measures. Anna is deeply passionate about the marketing industry, as well as social media, and everything that ties in with building a brand image (of a product, person, or an employer). For the last few years, Anna has been continuously advising small companies on how to build one’s brand image on the Internet. A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics’ Faculty of Management, specialising in marketing, human resources management and tourism. Currently a postgraduate Internet marketing student at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

After hours she is an avid traveller and an enthusiast of exclusive hotels, discovering new cultures, cuisines and observing the daily lives of people all around the world.
